Fire in the Night

More Harry Potter related art
Started on this before Halloween but never had the time to finish it, until now.

This does resemble one of my previous works: Trick or Treat from 2007 [link]

Since the Potters were involved in the Order of Phoenix, and is said to have defied the Dark Lord/Voldemort three times, they must have encountered Death Eaters for sure. And it's also likely that Lily and Snape met during this time, even if not on friendly terms.

This painting came from the idea that they had their work for OoP/DE as an excuse to secretly meet.

Not that I think that Lily would be the one to have an affair while she is married to James, not that Snape would mind , but still...

Hope my language isn't a mess :S I really need to improve my english.

UPDATE: having some troubles with my new laptop. The paintings I make get to dark. To me they look like I want them to look, but when I see them now, using an other computer they look to dark, and soma has complained about this as well - so I've changed it a bit now. Does it look better to you or...? Please tell me!
